Mark E. Jonas, M.D.

Dr. Jonas graduated with honors from the State University of New York Health Science Center at Brooklyn College of Medicine, Brooklyn, New York. He completed his Residency in the prestigious Internal Medicine Department at the Montefiore Medical Center of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, New York. His Gastroenterology Fellowship was performed at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Newark, New Jersey. Dr. Jonas completed an additional year of Fellowship in Hepatology and Liver Transplantation at the extremely busy Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City.

Prior to moving to Cincinnati, Dr. Jonas served as an Assistant Professor in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Arizona College of Medicine.  In addition, Dr. Jonas managed all hepatic problems in the only liver transplant program for the entire state of Arizona. Dr. Jonas is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and in Gastroenterology and UNOS approved for Transplant Hepatology.
